ANOINTED FOR A PURPOSE

2 Corinthians 1:21, 22
Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has ANOINTED us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
I have come to realize that for any MAN to Prosper, he must first be able to have Dominion, a driven tenacity to dominate and take over. And for man to have Dominion, he must have Authority. To have Authority, he must have Power, and for any man to have Power, he must first be Anointed!

What is Dominion?
It is the Power or right of governing. A Sovereign Authority to rule, controls, and have domination. Power through legal Authority.
Psalms 8:4-6
4 What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? 5 For You have made him a little lower than Elohim (God). And You have CROWNED him with GLORY and HONOR (A KING). 6 You have MADE HIM TO HAVE DOMINION over the works of Your hands; YOU HAVE PUT ALL THINGS UNDER HIS FEET

When a man gives his life to Christ, he has chosen to serve God. Thereby, God anoints the man, and fill him with Holy Spirit, so that the man can now be able to fulfill his purpose rightfully.

Have you ever wonder the reason why you are anointed? Ever wonder why the Holy Spirit is very necessary in your life as a Christian? And what does it mean to be anointed?

To be anointed is to be chosen to have divine Sprit of God rest upon you, body, mind and spirit, for sanctification and consecration, filled with power, authority, boldness and audacity to thoroughly do the works that God as purposed to do through you.

You have been Anointed to serve as God’s Minister to the people. And when you are God’s Minister, you are hot and untouchable. The Psalmist says in Psalms 104 verse 4, That we serve a God “Who has made his angels spirits, and His Ministers flames of fire.” In Psalms 105 verse 15, God said: “Touch not MINE ANOINTED, and do my prophets no harm”. That was a command of protection that God has placed upon your life. Even as an anointed minister of God, you have no authority over another anointed minister of God, regardless of what fault you may found in that anointed minister, because their call and purpose of anointing is different to yours. When you realized the Power of Anointing upon your life as person who serve God, you are bound to become Powerful with Authority and Dominion over circumstances. A force that can not be moved or reckon with.
Your anointing also need to flow. Psalms 23 says, Thou (God) ANOINTS my head with oil and my cup runs over (over flow). When God anoints you, your spirit man becomes a vessel, a cup that contains power of Holy Spirit. You are a cup and power of God is pour into you, when you are filled, you over flow into other people’s life as a ministering agent to fill those people cups as well. The reason why God filled your cup with power, is also for your own use. Cup is to be filled to quench thirst. When you are thirsty for God and needs energy or you want to relax your soul, you drink from the cup. Anointing in your cup (your spirit man) refreshes you and gives you peace of mind.
When anointing flows, there will be no need for alter call. It flows through the atmosphere and reaches whoever needed a breakthrough or need to filled, with anointing. The bible says anointing breaks the yolk. Anointing delivers from the power of sins. Anointing sets you free. Anointing can also flow through embodiment or a power covering of a person like a garment, an aura that radiates a person.

Finally, your anointing needs to be guided and be protected from corruption that comes from tempting sins. And you need to be refreshed constantly by praise and worship unto God

IN CONCLUSION:
You have been anointed to have Power, You have been anointed to have Authority, You have been anointed to have Dominion and above all, You have been Anointed to Prosper in everything that you do, Anointed to minister to others. Therefore, Arise and Shine, live as a man who is in charge and in control of your purpose with no timidity or fear. A man who is ready to stand above impurity, above slandering, above sickness, above principalities, above unforgiveness, above slandering, above any unrighteous deeds. Let the world see that you are made different, by working diligently in your God given Purpose. Let the anointing make you an exceptional distinct person, who dwells in the marvelous power and greatness of the kingdom of God.


Bible says in the book of Luke 4:18-19
"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has ANOINTED me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."

These were the Purpose of Jesus Anointing, the reason why the Spirit of the Lord is upon him. The same purpose, that God has for us as individuals. But we can not do all these, until we start to think, recognize and realize the Purpose of Anointing upon us.

We have been giving Power, Authority, Dominion, and when we function under Anointing we become a Prosperous person in life.
